Anyone know how to get through to someone at Ford that can help. The bolts that hold the front of the engine stripped out, and one on top backed out. The shop I took it to said they had one in a few months ago with the same problem. I realize it is 7 years old, but with only 28,000 miles, this shouldn’t happen
