Default 302 in a '91

recently i dropped a 351w in a '73 chevy pick-up. now i feel i am ready to attempt my 302 swap in my 4.0 explorer. i can build my own mounts, but i am curious what problems i will run into as far as acctual fitment, I.E : oil pan, engine bay, and transmission (c4). not concerned about the 4-wheel drive at this time, will jst uild a drive line and run 2-wheel. any ifo would be great, even some links on the subject if nothing ealse. thanks.
