95 explorer grinds going into 4th gear
 

i just bought a 95 explorer sport with a 5 speed manual and the only way i can get it to go into 4th gear is to double clutch, and even that doesnt work all the time. its not that big of a deal once i get out of the mountains where im living now. i have heard it could either be a shift fork or a syncronizer. im planning on replacing the clutch when i get home at the end of december and want to take care of this at the same time. it also doesnt like when its warm and shut off then tried to restart while it is warm. i have heard that this is most likely the fuel pressure regulator. if anyone could help it would really be appreciated.
