Default 96 Explorer, losing power

Hey all, I have a 96 Explorer with the 4.0. It has 120,000 miles on it. It just recieved a tune up, (plugs, wires, fuel filter), temp sensor, thermostat, and idle control valve. It seems like it just has no power even with all the new stuff. Gas milage also seems to have taken a crap, I am getting 12-15 mpg, is that about right? I used to get 18-20. There is no engine light on so I do not think it is the o2 sensors. If anyone can help, please do.

Thanks

Catalytic converters are a constant pain to high mileage engines. They aren't designed with a bypass if they clog up.

Often they leave no trace information on the computer. They do make converter cleaner to flush out debris - but I can't say how good it works as I've never personally used it.
