97 Explorer fuel pump
 

Where is the fuel pump located on a 97 Explorer? I think it is by the fuel tank, but I haven"t gone under there to check it out.

hi there first off u need a special tool to disconnect the fuel lines now 4 the bad news the fuel pump is in the tank good luck

is there a test I can do to see if it is bad? I'm just guessing now. It's acting like it is either now getting a spark or not getting fuel.

if you can have some one lie under the truck and listing 4 the fuel pump to make a noise if it is making a noise then it is prob good 4 spark pull a pulg out and do the check to see if your geting spark quick turns of the key
