I would like to replace the cruise control switch on my wife's 97 XLT. The cruise works fine, it is a vanity thing, the light has burnt out. I have a used one I bought off of E-bay, it looks like the switch is just two bolts and a plug, but my question is how to get to it without setting of the airbag.
I know that I need to disconnect the battery and let it sit for a little while but how long?
How do I pop open the horn cover?
I would appreciate any information anyone could give me.
