Explorer Rear Power Door Lock Actuator
 

How do I remove the rear power door lock actuator from my 1998 Explorer? It appears to be riveted in place to the door. How do I detach the actuator rod from the pivot near the latch mechanism?It is difficult to reach and doesn't appear to have adequate clearance to manipulate it from the hole in the pivot.
