Head Light warning on buzzer

I have a 1997 Explorer. When the lights are left on, the warning buzzer doesn't work. Can someone tell me where this is located and how I might fix it

RE: Head Light warning on buzzer

The tone generator is part of the GEM/CTM module.. The Generic Electronic Module is a component networking module.. Not an easily replaced module, and a vehicle specific/optionedprogrammable unit.. Is the H/L warningchime the only tone not working? Key, belt, door ect. function?

Thank you for the posting. The Chime works for the keys, does not work for seatbelt or the head lights.
