Help! Check Engine Soon light on

Hi,
I have a 2002 Explorer 4.0L, 6 cyl (53500 miles). The Check Engine Soon light came on and I took it to Auto Zone and it decoded as:

P0153 -
The PCM has determined that the response time for oxygen sensor 1 in bank 2 was too slow during testing. (Oxygen sensor 1 is closest to the cylinder head before the catalytic converter, while oxygen sensor 2 & 3 are located further downstream and are typically mounted in or after the catalytic converter) (Bank 1 identifies the location of cylinder #1, while bank 2 identifies the cylinders on the opposite bank)

I check my warranty and most of the emmisons warranty is covered for 8 ys/80K miles. Does this say my oxygen sensor is bad? Is this the same as an Air Flow Sensor? I does see the Oxygen Sensor covered under the 8/80K warranty, but the Air Flow Sensor is. Are these two, one in the same? What would it take to change the oxygen sensor myself, and where is this one located?

Thanks for helping a newbie!!

Thanks! Now, is this something I can change myself? Is there an online manual to show me where this part is? Pep Boys wants $70 bucks to change the it. Thanks.

It depends on your mechanical skill's.[hr]It could be a pain in the but to do .It is easy to do but they are in usally in tight places.[hr]The Oxygen sensor's are under the vecihle on the exaust pipes and require a special socket.

I did some research on this code and do not belive it is the Oxygen sensor's it get's pretty technical. If it is under warranty i would take it in for service.
