wellllllllllllll, I have a '95 t bird w/150k+ and I put in it (It has a slow leak) used Victory Mcycle Oil (Semi synth) and it seemed to run smoother.
I ran the Vic about 1300 mi over recommended change period, manual suggests 2500 mi.. I put pure synth 4q and 2q 4stroke castrol in the Vic and it flies, for a v twin. [8D]

I sell the Valvoline Max life in my shop, and highly rec'd it to anyone with higher mileage. Has just enough synthetic characteristics to it to help clean dirty oil passages and mabey help the sludge knock down in the engine a little.

i would also recommend going with valvoline max life, they even make a max life full synthetic now which is what i use, havent had a problem yet in my 2000 explorer with 86000 miles on it, ive even seen an improvement in fuel economy
