how do i take the governor off....

I have a 99' Explorer Sport, when i go about 90ish... it starts to shut down and won't go any faster... does anyone know how to take the governor out so i can get up and go?!!!? let me know thanks![/font][/color]

good day explorer girl. in order to by pass governer you need to buy a programed chip from any hi performance auto shop
and by the way if you ever need any quality used parts for your explorer have tons & tons of explorer's expedition's & navigator's parts exclusevly for 10 years
