internal transmission harness
 
My wife bought a 96 ford explorer i had 2 replace the shift solenoid an put new valve body gasket on an when i droped the valve body the 2 wires that that connect into the internal transmission harness were cut what my question is what are the 2 wires that connect into the harness an go into the transmission i cant find out what those 2 wires r

You did not state which engine was in the vehicle 4.0 or 5.0L. I don't know if it makes much difference, but there should be a plug going to the trans with 9 wires. If you feel like opening it up and tracing them this is what those 9 wires are for.
I can't provide the colors at this time.
EPC Electronic Pressure Control
TCC Torque Converter Clutch
EPC VPWR Power to EPC Sol
TCC Torque Converter Clutch
SS1 Shift Sol
SS2 Shift Sol
TFT Trans Fluid Temp
