Looking for some help. Just replaced blend door actuator

I just replaced the blend door actuator in my wife's 2003 explorer xlt. We purchased this past winter and it was clicking when I would change from heat to a/c. So I replaced actuator and there us no clicking but it is blowing out hot air only. I charged the freon and no change at all. Is there a fuse? Relay? Any help is appreciated. It's in the 90s and high humidity here lol

The first thing we need to know is , do you hear or see the air conditioning compressor clutch engaging the compressor when air cond is selected? There are both fuses and relays involved with the A/C system. If you look in the fuse section of your owner's manual it will list for you the fuse that is provided for air cond power supply.

I reread your post and normally you can't add refrigerant unless the compressor clutch engages the compressor. So,,,, that means it is either working or you only think you added refrigerant. Could you please clarify? Thanks

Yes the compressor clutch is engaging.

When u put the new actuator in u should have moved the door to the cold side with a screw driver as the car running with a.c. on and set the actuator.
