Did you get any kind of check engine light?
We ask this because if it did come on,there should be code in the computer telling which cylinder is misfiring.
Then we go from there.
If none of this is possible or available, then we start with the simple or basics. How long have the spark plugs been in there?
There can be many causes for misfire. Something simple like water in the fuel. For that you might try adding something like HEET to help pass the water through and if the problem goes away you came out ahead. If you decide to use a dry gas additive , use only the ones that contain isopropyl alcohol and not methanol which can mess up the catalytic converter.
If none of that helps, one of the coils could be causing the problem. Let's see what we get before going further.
