I WAS WONDERING WHAT MUFFLERS WOULD SOUND GOOD ON MY 92 EDDIE 4.0 SHOULD I RUN ONE OR DUALS ANY ONE KNOW I WANT AS CLOSE AS YOU CAN GET TO A V8 DEEP SOUND WHEN YOU PUNCH IT.

 

I have a Delta 40 series flowmaster on my 91 Ford Explorer and it sounds good. If I were you I would get a cat-back exhaust, and your 4.0L should sound like a V-8. You can't run duals on a 91 Explorer because not enough space, but you might be able to on a 92.

 

I have the Flowmaster also and like it. Also replace the exhaust pipe to 2 1/2 inch.
