My 98 explorer has all sorts of problems... the main one right now is it will not start. It is a push button, and has been replaced a yr ago by my boyfriend. when it does start the locks flick and lights flash on and off. The horn blows when I turn left and now it wont start and makes a click noise under the hood. Please help

 

FIRST OFF, WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY PUSH BUTTON? IF THE CAR ONLY CLICKS, THE PROBLEM IS IN THE STARTING SYSTEM, HAVE YOU TRIED JUMPING THE RELAY TO SEE IF IT WILL CRANK OR NOT? DO YOU HAVE A TEST LIGHT OR JUMPER WIRE FOR TESTING? PLEASE REPLY.

 

Why dont you tell your boyfriend to keep his hands off it?! I think he's the problem.
