Need help/advice on engine swap

I have a 1996 Explorer with a 4.0 EFI. The engine is pooched. I also have a 1998 with a 4.0 SOHC. The body is rolled and burnt. Is it possible, within reason to put the SOHC engine in the '96?

Any advice is appreciated.:)
