It seems like no one sells them. Any tips appreciated

Well there's always eBay or CL, but finding one would be a shot in the dark.
Plus,, shipping plays a big part in anything of size and weight. Could have your local Dismantler/s run your part request on the Hotline to see if any other yards have one, but being their now more vintage, were a more rare add on,, not only finding one,, but one in decent shape would be a lucky score.

You might be able to pick up a later model application at a song and have it sized/fab'd adapted to fit the 1st gen app. Be cheaper than a fresh build, and may be less head ache than a search and such.. We used to adapt and change brackets, change contours for box tube types, winch type, full wrap bumpers quite a bit from model to model.

I just was trying to source out an OE rear chrome bumper for a mid 90's F250. Unreal the price commanded for a used Rear chrome in good shape. Plus truck shipped $$ was the deal breaker.
