Oil leaking from radiator?

Default Oil leaking from radiator?
First noticed coolant smell on the Explorer 06 coming from radiator. Now oil (clear) leak from bottom of plastic radiator? Are these 2 mostly related? Is it recommended to use J-B Weld to fix the radiator leak?
