I have a 97 explorer. My CD changer is stock and it does not read that there are CD's in there. All 6 cd are in the magazine. None of the cd's are stock in the player. I took it apart and I got the cd's out. Everything with the changer seems to work but after I put is back together it still didn't work. I think it isn't getting power, but I don't know if it is the changer or the wiring. Has anyone had this problem? If so what was the solution?

 

Check the fuse.

 

I did check the fuse and it is good.
