Hello my dad rented a 2013 ford explorer for our trip tomorrow. Well in the third row, there are two black metal things under the seats cutting into the leg room. I was wondering if they are supposed to be there or how can we move them? I hurt myself on that trying to get back there haha. I don't want my cousin to have to struggle with that the whole 5 hrs.

I only can advice you to use some soft materials to cover it, because there is no way to delete these things out from car. Or use a 2nd row of seats
