Rear axle or CV joint

I have a 2002 explorer 4.0 4 wheel drive. The driver side rear wheel can be "wobbled" when it is off the ground. Can I replace bearings or do I have to replace the whole axle? I am not familiar at all.

You can change just the bearing.
