Does the rear wiper blade work correctly by itself?

Does the rear wiper blade work when rear washer is used?

yes wiper works fine,i also reversed the hoses so that when i used the windshield switch i got fluid at the rear window.i think i have a rear switch problem but not sure how to trouble shoot.

You need to specify if the rear wiper works when you use the rear washer or only when you turn the rear wiper to on.

yes the rear wiper works in wiper only mode or while your using the washer switch.

Ok if I understand you the rear wiper turns on when you try to use the rear washer. Here is the wiring diagrams and the fuse box, to start put the washer hoses back to normal.
Remove the highlighted relay from the fuse box and jump pins 3 and 5, check if the pump activates and sprays out the rear, if it does not turn on then check if there is 12V at pin 5 with the other voltmeter lead attached to the negative battery terminal.
