Throttle body spacer

I have a 91 Ford Explorer XLT and I was thinking about getting a throttle body spacer, because it said it would give me 22 Hp and 4 more MPG, but it sounds to good to be true. So would a throttle body spacer do as much as it says it does?

RE: Throttle body spacer

Hey motivator,
Not sure if anyone replied to this yet but Yes it will help. Not sure if it will give you 22 Hp but it will give you more. Take into account thought that if you put it on and later want to put on a Cold Air Intake you may not be able too.
