my daughter has a 99 Ford explorer 4x4 xlt 4door automatic with 184k miles on it, It will not go into reverse, it start and stays at an idle with no issue. I had her disconnect the battery for 1 hour to reset the PCM and still no reverse does this sound like the transmission?
