Usually when a bucking condition appears it is ign syst related. Now come the questions,
Don't know what you are driving so all i can ask is:
When were the plugs replaced last?
You could always try to add a can of "drygas", "Heet", (with isopropyl alcohol) not methanol to the fuel tank to help pass any water that might have accumulated in the fuel system.

the plugs im not sure last time i had it inspected the mechanic told me it would be a bitch to get the back left,{if your looking at it from under the hood} but i was thinking the same thing hoping that would not be it but i will take your advice and try some dry gas or heet, i gotta go with the easy try first before ripping stuff apart, oh by the way im driving a 98 explorer..thanks any more info would be greatly appricated
