Well, been having this problem for awhile and it's just been getting to where I can't ignore it any longer so I looked over all the threads here and other sites to try and quickly diagnose it. Just got the truck back from the dealership where I told them to reflash the PCM and TCM. Figured I start at the low end of the fixes and move on to the more expensive stuff if necessary. So far, so good, but I'll keep you updated...
