04 f150 tranny issues

hey yall new member, so i have my 04 f150 that was pulling a trailer and long story short i hit a tree and busted the bumper up, the truck ran its way home still with no issues but upon start up the next day any foreward gear had a major loss of power and then total loss of power in any gear other than reverse. i ran my obd2 through the thing and am getting no dtcs, checked my tranny fluid and its clean and full so im just wondering where to move next? should i check the solenoids? or should i just pull the full tranny and do a rebuild? if you need photos of anything just ask. thanks in advance!

I would start to look for damage to the wiring harness where you hit the bumper first.

Did you get under it and check for a damaged/restricted exhaust system ?
