1999 F150 seat latch
 

the passenger side seat latch on my 1999 F150 won't catch and hold. the seat stays folded forward. how is that fixed? and the windsheild wipers come on all by themselves what causes that and how is that remedied? i figured someone else out there has run into this before and may have a simple solution or at least a correct solution. thanx.

It sounds like a wiper module,what kind of seating is it? does the seat move at all or does it just not catch to lock in place?
