Hey all
Just wanted to see if anyone else has this problem, power door locks sometimes dont operate correctly.Not just the remote, the button on the door is the same way.

I have a 00 F-150 ext cab. Same thing started happening to me. Sometimes the locks okay but then sometimes not at all. If you press the lock switch over and over unlock or lock, does it get worse and weaker? After a couple of tries the lock won't move at all? That's what mine is doing. I was thinking it was the door lock motors so I contacted a ford dealer and asked what he thought and he agreed and said it's a common problem. So, after spending $140 dollars on both side motors, I'm having a problem of figuring out how to get the d*%! thing out and replace it. Hope this helps, sorry if it doesn't. If you figure out how to get it out of the door, please do share. Thanks and good luck
