2000 ford f150 performance parts
 

I have a 2000 ford f150 4x4 5.4 L engine. my question i guess is, im looking to add some stuff, but first i wanted to see if anyone has used the parts im gonna name or knows about it or has any experience of any kind with them.

I was looking to get maybe a.. bbk throttle body. jet throttle body spacer, mass air flow sensor, aftermarket jet pulley wheels.

Of course there all after market parts but do they do anything, like they claim even if its a lil bit. do they wear and tear easy? Please get back to me if you know anything about these parts thanks.
