2005 f150 cranks no start

2005 f150 5.4 3v. About 200k miles.
. Recently did a timing job after which I started the truck let it run to operating temp about 10 mins. About an hour later restarted and let it run about 10 min.
Since then I get crank no start. If the truck sits overnight it will start and run for 20 secs. Or so the stalls and Wil not restart. I have replaced fuel filter. The fuel pump is new and the fpdm has voltage in and out to the pump and i am getting fuel.
. I can't figure why it will run fine for 20bsecs then stall out. I believe the crank position sensor is OK I'm getting tack movement. I am wondering if throttle position sensor may be bad as I just replaced it as well or maybe something wrong with pcm as the issue seems electrical in nature. All of the fuses are good and relays are hood. I need some serious help and guidance solving this issue.

Pick an easy to remove coil, stick a screwdriver in the coil boot and place the screwdriver about 3/8 of an inch from an engine ground and have someone crank the engine over. You should see some spark between the screwdriver and the ground location. You will either get spark or will not. If you get spark, I would pull a spark plug and confirm it is wet (getting fuel) . If dry fuel problem. Hopefully with that info you now have some direction to proceed.
