2006 F150 Idler Pulley Bushing

Hello,
I have a 2006 F150 V6 4.2 and the idler pulley bushing wore down (pretty much turned into a pile of charcoal). I bought a new pulley but cannot find where to get the new bushing. The parts stores (O'Reilly, Autozone) I visited don't have it and it seems that the dealerships don't either. Is there a place where I can find this bushing? The screw seems to have a shelf or spacer that appears that it would work to just use that without a nylon bushing if necessary. Just trying to find out where to buy the part online or at a physical location or if I even need the bushing.
I am on the south side of Chicago for location reference. Thanks!
Jonathan

Hi Johnathan,
If this is part of a tensioner, you may very well wind up replacing the entire tensioner assy.
Also if it is, and that bearing is destroyed the tensioner is not far behind. All the parts wear at the same time and peacemeal replacing may buy you a little time , but you will need to replace the tensioner soon.

Hanky, the part is from the grooved Idler Pulley as opposed to the Tensioner. I did notice that the smooth Idler Pulley seemed to make a small noise when I spun it today. I had replaced the Idler Pulley last summer but did not have the bushing so I just let the pulley rest on the screw rather the bushing.

Also, Dealerships do sell the pulley with the bushing but it is over $60 although I already have a nearly new pulley that I had bought at Autozone last summer.
