2010 F-150 Leveling Kits

I'm looking to get a leveling kit for my truck. Anyone have any insight as to which manufacturer, size, etc.. would be best....and does adding this to my truck void the warranty? Any suggestions would be great.

I believe the only way it will not void the warranty is if the dealership does it for you on any of the newer trucks

Look into Day Star

Hello there

As far as the warranty goes, yes if you touch the suspension they will tank the warranty; just their way of getting out of protecting you. I did a leveling kit on my truck, the kit was a two inch polyurethane spring spacer for trucks with independent front suspension. It is made by Day Star and sold on autotrucktoys.com when I got mine it was around $100.00 delivered to the door! I have had mine on the truck for eight years now and love it tremendously. Not only did it stiffen the ride and level the truck, but it is still squeak free and looks just as good as the day I slipped 'em in there.

A word of caution in case you haven't thought of this; remember to by front shocks a little taller than that of the stock replacements. Look for a shock with the same height as the spacer. If you use a two inch leveler, get front shocks that have two more inches of stroke/travel.

If all that sounds technical, don't worry it isn't. taller shocks can be ordered from your local parts house (Advance, Auto Zone, NAPA) and if they are order items, they will usually come in within two to three days tops.

I hope this helps Merry Christmas :) :)
