Okay car fanatics.... Quick question??? Last friday, I was driving my trucks around and I kept smelling a weird smell every time I parked and got out of my truck. I was having problems accelerating and braking. So I took it in to a shop. They found out the caliper seized and replaced them as well as flushed the brake line and replace it with new fluid. So now about a week later I'm having the same problem again. Took it back in they found a cracked brake hose. So the replaced the hose as well as the brake pads. Everything else looked good. By that night I started smelling that burning smell again. My rotors and and pads are so hot when you put a drop of water on them it smokes. When I finally parked it for the night, I started hearing a popping and crackling sound. I thought my truck was going to catch fire. Anyone have a clue of what it could be?

Since there is a problem accelerating AND braking it would seem that there is a restriction in the brake line to the front calipers preventing the release of pressure when the brake pedal is released.
You didn't state if there was previous work done on the hydraulic brake system, which could have contributed to the problem. If the fluid cannot return to the master cyl upon release of the brake pedal it will cause the brakes to drag and get pretty hot.
Some addl detective work needs to be done to rule out some of the causes for the brakes not completely releasing.
