2019 F-150 10 speed Transmission
 

Hello-
Yes I am new to this forum and have just bought a 2019 Ford F-150 XLT Sport with the 2.7 ECO and 10 speed in it (Mileage -32,000i). I am wondering if this wanky shifting/ almost jumpy shifting I'm experiencing intermittently between gears 3-4 and/or 4/5 is really normal or something that needs to be addressed. I've messed with driving in ECO and Normal. Basically in my eyes a transmission with 32,000 miles on it thats appears to be NOT shifting like anything I've ever felt in my life appears to be an issue. At times I feel some shuttering/ one time I heard a knocking noise under the hood while downshifting but that really hasnt happened again. But I just drove this off the lot not even 2 weeks ago and I almost get the feeling like this truck was just beat to ****? I took it to the Stealership yesterday and they claimed everything is running normal. Its like did a Transmission Tech even take a look at the vehicle? They stated a re-flash of the adaptive learning doesnt always fix this and sometimes makes it worse. Also said that the transmission will re-learn how I drive and it should get better in 2-3 months. They also said if there is an issue with your transmission you will get a check engine light message on your dashboard.

Any insight or help is much appreciated.

I have been doing a ton of research online and this fella claims to be a Ford master mechanic. I'd imagine he knows a thing or two and claims the opposite of what the service manager told me.
