How you all doing today? well i just picked myself up a 1975 4x4 F-100/150 payed $1,500 for it thetranny is fine but needs a new motor. So im woundering what motor should i go with? I know i want a 351 everyone tells me to stay away from the 351/400M so that leavers me with the Wind and Cleve. I want a motor for racing up sand dunes and mobing around town. i seen this mustange racing around town he said he had a 351Cleveland and that thing was really fast he was smokingpeople by 6 cars easy anythign from muscle to imports so i figuar that i want a Cleve in my new truck but i would like your guys in put on what motor i should go with some of my friends say 460, 390, stroke a 351Win and even Super cobra jet if i could ever find one (lol) any input is welcome
