93’ F150 cranks but will not start. Please help!!!!

So I picked up an old 93’ F150 with the V8 5.0 305 engine that hasn’t run since I picked it up about a month ago. When you turn the key in the ignition you can hear the fuel pumps prime. The rear tank has a half a tank so I know it’s getting fuel. I’ve made sure to press down the schrader valve on the fuel rail and it’s always full of fuel every time I do that. I’ve replaced all of the ignition parts as far as the Battery, starter solenoid, starter, spark plugs, Ignition control module, cap(MSD), rotor(MSD), ignition coil(MSD), ignition switch, and the alternator. I have no idea what to do going forward. I really need help! Thanks for everyone’s time.

UPDATE: checked the fuel pressure with a gauge and I’m pulling 38 PSI at the rail. I also tried to spray starter fluid into the intake and got a fireball in the face while somebody was cranking the engine from inside

Check for spark and proper fuel pressure with a GAUGE.. Should be 30-45 with a gauge. Pushing in on the shrader valve accomplishes about the same thing as doing you know what into the wind.

I believe what raski is trying to tell you is;
For folks that don't know, it most likely won't even start with 25 lbs fuel pressure A gauge connected to the fuel rail is the ONLY RELIABLE WAY TO KNOW IF THERE IS ADEQUATE FUEL PRESSURE FOR THE ENGINE TO RUN.
