I need help with my truck issue's

the engine runs a little rough and it runs very very rich
i did replace the egr valve which helped it run a little smoother but it runs still a little rough . I fill the fuel tank friday and only drove it 30 miles and now the fuel gauge is saying that my fuel level is between 3/4 and 1/2 a tank .
It also has new injectors and spark plugs , wires , cap , and rotor . Thank you .

One cause for an over rich condition could be the fuel pressure regulator.
Simple test, remove vacuum line to top of pressure regulator and see if it is sucking gasoline from the pressure regulator into the engine via vacuum line.
Common problem, easy to correct, replace pressure regulator assy.

I tested the fuel pressure regulator and it is working fine . I also tested the oxygen sensor and that is working fine too . I was told to make sure that I had the right injectors and I do . I did the leak down test on the injectors and the valve in the pump they are working too . I have two new codes that is on the system 173 = lack of HO2S SW, Bank-1 that code is active this test was key on engine off test . however the key on engine running test I got 213 SPOUT CKT OPEN . I am starting to run out of ideas of what it could be . and I also checked to see if the map sensor is working and it is . the only things left is timing , and EVAP system. if
anybody has any ideas of what it could be any help would be apprecated
