Default another bent frame question

the guy i talked to at a well respected body shop told me that the crumple zone on my f150 could not be repaired if it was crumpled or crimped in. it is only repairable if it is bent up or down or left or right. my question is, can it be repaired or at least pulled back to its original position? another question i have is, if i decide to cut the piece off and replace with another piece, do i have to use a torch or is there other tools i can use?

You can pull it back, it just isn't strong enought to use anymore. I would use an angle grinder with a cutting wheel to remove the old section.

i actually changed my mind again. my uncle has a porta power (i think thats what its called). he said we can just pull my frame straight and shim the bumper. so thats a lot easier
