Bleeding the clutch '93 F150

I just finished swapping out my 4-speed transmission for a 5-speed in my 1993 F150 XLT. I also had to switch the transfer case and drive shafts in the process. I installed a new clutch slave cylinder, and cline between the master and slave cylinders, and have to bleed the system. The manual that I have says that it is a gravity fed system and to loosen the bleed screw and maintain the fluid level in the resevior. I have done the above, but after 7 hours, very little has happened. I get an occasional small bubble coming up into the resevior, but nothing is coming out of the bleed screw yet. Any suggestions on speeding up this process?

I've had to bleed the clutch too, all you do is have one person sit in the cab, the other will loosen the bleeder screw, then have the other person push the clutch to the floor, then tighten the screw back up, and repeat til it is done. i notice that it isn't really gravity that does it. i too have a 93 f150 and thats what i did.
