Clicking noise and timing issues

Hey everyone, I own a 2004 f150 5.4L and it just recently turned on the check engine light and threw some codes. I have attached a list of codes that were run when I had it diagnosis done by autozone (I wanted to try avoiding paying $80 for a diagnosis). I have already replaced the MAF and it is still making a ticking noise towards the front of the engine and the CEL remains on. Any ideas what might be wrong? My next option is to replace VCTs, phasers, and/or timing chain but I want a second opinion before spending more money. Thanks in advance!

Did you ever solve this problem? I just had the same thing happen to me. My codes match yours exactly.

Sounds like you both are ready for timing chain, tensioner and phaser work.I would suggest doing some homework and get an idea of what is involved so if you decide to do the job , you are prepared. Regular oil changes with the proper oil get involved in why this problem appears. There are other times it goes south in spite of our best efforts.

Hopefully you get lucky.. I had it diagnosed at the shop I’ve been going to for diagnostics for 13 years and they discovered that the engine is toast
