Default Clutch Problems Help ASAP!!!!

All of a sudden my clutch started acting very weird. The clutch feels like butter most of the way down then it catches some pressure at the end for about like 3 or 4 inches. Last night I bleed the slave with my brother and dad. It was working good and driving perfect after we finished but about an hour later I went to drive the truck and it was the same thing no pressure.

The truck is a 2000 F150 with a 4.2 V6 manual transmission

What do I do??

I think im just going to try the bleed process one more time and bleed it all the way this time

I had the same problem about a month ago. i went to my local hobby shop and used a vacume pump to force all the air out of the master/slave hoses. after recealing it and keeping the fluid level from drying out. it began to work with no problem. occasionally, when it's cold, the pedal will be a bit soft. does your clutch engage after you pump it a bit?

Hey thanks for the reply i basically did the same thing but i did it the old school way. I had my dad pump the clutch and hold it while i bled it from the slave bleeder. I also had to replace my master cylinder and clutch safety switch but now everything is running great! thanks for you help

try bleeding the system again it may still have air, it sounds like an 89' f-150 4x4 I had.
Is it leaking fluid?
