Coil spacer problems

I just recently put coil spacers on my 1996 Ford F-150 to level the front of it with the back. It gave me about 2.5 inches of lift. Now my alignment is completely messed up. My front tires are bowed in which was expected but when I took it to the shop to get it aligned they were telling me a bunch of crap about how they couldn't align it and it would could 3-4 hundred dollars to do it. I know I'm not the only person to do coil spacers. Why am I having such a problem getting an alignment? Do I need adjustable camber bushings? Thanks.

Welcome to the site..

You probably exceeded the OE camber sleeve ranges is why it can't be corrected. Doesn't take much. On the alignment, they'll calculate the needed offset for replacements. 2.5 is a pretty good lift..

Thanks. They didnt tell me much of anything but how much they were gonna charge me to do it. Iv had many run ins with this shop. I don't know if I just need to take it to another shop? Cause it added right at 2 inches.
