Coolant Leak

Hey, I've got a 2000 F-150 supercrew and the coolant is leaking out pretty heavily. I tried to find the leak, but the coolant seems to be sprayed all over the engine and it's dripping from pretty much everywhere. What would be the best way to find the leak? And if you have any ideas what it might be and how to fix it that'd be awesome too. Thanks y'all!

I would start by looking to see if you can track the drip down with the engine off. Look for where you can see any drips, and then try to see where it came from above that, and above that, etc. until you find the source. It could take a bit of looking at things from multiple angles, but you'll find it.

Once you locate it, then you can worry about fixing it.
