Custom Chip for 1992 351 help

Hey all, new here from Phoenix, Az. I have a 1992 F-150 regular cab Short bed that I intend to make into a first-gen Lightning clone (hense the name). I just installed a 1992 351W (non-Lightning) with .040 over forged pistons, GT-40 heads, BBK shorty headers, stock upper and lower intake with a K&N FIPK intake, and Crane CompuCam number 444232. I used the computer and all harnesses from the donor truck and bought new sensors all around. The problem that I have is that the speed density does not like the bigger cam and more cubic inches. It's running richer than a pig, and misses at cruise. Is there a bamdaid for the MAP sensor to fool the computer into thinking it is reading the correct pressures, or do I need a custom computer chip burned. My friend told me to convert it to Mass Air Flow, but that is a good chunck of change for the needed parts at the moment. I would like to convert it to OBDII with MAF, but it looks like I would be spending another 2000+ which I don't have after rebuilding the motor, trans, and rear end. If anybody has any ideas, they would be much appreciated.
