default codes

Auto Zone system just spit out these codes for our '03 f-150

P1131
P1152
P0171
P0174
P0175

Any help on what they need to fix the problems is appreciated

Is your CEL "ON", or did you just have code pulled? These codes do not clear automatically when the problem clears. You could clear the codes and drive the vehicle to see if they re-appear. If they do, then I would start looking into the O2 sensors.

P1131=HO2S 11 Indicates Lean
P1152 = Lack Of HO2S-21 Switch Indicates Rich
P0171 = System too Lean (Bank 1)
P0174 = System too Lean (Bank 2)
P0175 = System too Rich (Bank 2)

What motor do you have in the truck is it a V6 4.2 L if so check the PCV tube comming off of the rear of the intake manifold. very common on this truck.
