1998 4.6 8th digit W how much has to be changed for 2000 crown vic 4.6 to work? Or do you know if it has to be a certain year to fit. On a limited budget .

 

i just did the that same swap i had to change the timing cover, intake and sensors you will have a temp , knock sensors off the 98 block that you cant use on the 00 block just plug them up so the PCM can get a reading that they are there

 

Hi I'm going to try swapping a 92 4.6 crown vic into a 2002 F150 that was a 4.6, this going to be the same ? timing cover, intake and few sensors ? thanx
