Question hard start when cold don’t know what else to check.

Hey everyone looking for advice on my ford, its an 1990 f150 inline six.
Truck is hard to start when cold, when I go to start it, it fires up fine for about
10 – 20 seconds then dies.
After that I have to start it and hold my foot part way on the gas, it runs rough and coughs out black smoke for about 15 – 20 seconds. After that the smoke clears and it idle pretty good (with the occasional stall during idle)

What ive done so far:
New; plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, coil, o2 sensor and fuel relay.
Cleaned throttle body and iac valve.
Tried different map sensor and engine temp sensor and iac valve.
Checked fuel pressure.
And im not getting any codes.

I don’t know what else to check.
Im open to any input
Thanks.

Wouldn't hurt to check the timing.
