headlight casing full of water

i recently bought an 04 f150 and noticed the headlight
is about 1/4 full of water. id like to fix this problem before it reaches the bulbs and really causes my problems.

ive looked up how to remove the headlight alltogether but
how can i remove the front clear cover to let the water out?

The lens is held in place with a clear silicone. We just drill a couple of small holes in the bottom of the clear part and let the water run out.
